The very friendly `welcome` with dadels and milk. We got a plate of fruit on our room! The nice marrocain-breakfast on the lovely terrasse. But the most of all we really liked the beautiful room in marrocain-style!!

If you're not fond of walking or have too much luggage with you, just ask for a petit taxi, and for around 10 dirham for two persons they'll take you from almost anywhere in the city to the hotel. Tell the petit taxi to get you to the mobile militaire in the Avenue Mohammed v and you shouldn't have any problems getting there. It's right across the street from the mobile. The room was beautiful, with air conditioning, and the breakfast was amazing and complete. To get around in the newest area of the city it's fine to go by foot. You'll walk for 10/15min to get to the main square.

I love the spacious rooms and the warm reception of hotel staff. the food they served for dinner and breakfast was delicious. the only thing that i did not like was the massage. the hotel manager Mr. Mustapha and the rest of the staff, Amine, Yousseff and the ladies who prepared the food were very accomodating. I strongly recommend this hotel to anyone who is looking for a comfortable and affordable stay in Ourzazate.

From the moment you walk through the door you feel like you are staying with a family. The riad staff could not do enough to make me feel welcome and comfortable without being intrusive. Breakfast on the terrace, with views of the Atlas Mountains, was a wonderful experience. Breakfast itself was a highlight. I stayed here for 4 nights and only wanted to visit local attractions and the staff were very helpful in offering suggestions that I could walk to or catch a local bus. The Riad Azoul is very clean and beautifully decorated and I would highly recommend it to anyone wishing to experience genuine Moroccan hospitality.
I could hear noise from the kitchen above my room, but it generally stopped by 10pm.

Excellent staff, always very helpful
My room was facing the main street so it was a bit too noisy during the night

We got a double room with 3 beds and the location was great, with many restaurants and cafés nearby, and it was also close to a bus station.

The hotel is beautifully decorated. The rooms are modern and clean. I think they even have 24-hour warm water, which is not self-evident in Morocco. The staff was very friendly. I had to leave early in the morning so they made me an early breakfast that I enjoyed from the rooftop terrace with a beautiful view. I will definitely staff here again if I return to Ouarzazate
The bed was a bit hard and I didn't manage to connect to the WiFi - to be fair I didn't ask the staff for help with the problem

Staff are very kind. Call me a taxi in a rain. There was a power cut because of hard rain, but they easily change our rooms.
A smell in a toilet is a little bad.

Great value for money and comfortable rooms. the hotel is conveniently located on the main road, making it easy to find. There are car rental offices nearby, which was helpful for us. the rooftop restaurant had a nice view and served delicious meals, including a four-course dinner at a reasonable price.
Management needs to improve the seating in the terrace pavilion, especially during winter when it gets chilly. the tables and chairs inside the gazebo were too low and uncomfortable.

Hotel is very nice and centrally located, room is big and comfortable, well heated by airconditioner (which was important in cold season). Breakfast is good, served on terrace with good view. Staff is friendly.

People is very nice and professional and the place is really better than the idea you can have by the outside. It's very clean and the terrace and the court are beautiful and peculiar. Breakfast is incredible!
The bathroom is very small and there is no door at the shower, so the water goes everywhere in the bathroom.
